Job Summary
Job description
Azure Data Factory (ADF) Engineer to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and managing data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory along with solid knowledge of SQL Server and DevOps practices. This role requires hands-on experience in implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Implement ETL processes and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Work with SQL Server for data storage transformation and querying.
- Create and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines or GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
- Ensure secure access and compliance by implementing Authentication and Authorization using Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and pipeline failures.
Must-Have Skills
- Azure Data Factory Advanced knowledge of building and managing pipelines.
- SQL Server Strong experience in writing queries stored procedures and performance tuning.
- DevOps Ability to create and maintain ADO pipelines or GitHub Actions for deployment automation.
- Authentication & Authorization Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Snowflake Familiarity with data warehousing and integration.
- SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) Experience in legacy ETL solutions.
