Lead Key Owners & Key Specifiers (KPM & KAM)

Overview:

Lead strategic engagement with key infrastructure owners and consultants across India to drive specification inclusion and position Sika as the preferred technology partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage top infrastructure accounts such as National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited Chennai Metro Rail Limited and key state authorities etc.
• Build strong relationships with global consultants like AECOM Jacobs WSP Mott MacDonald Arup etc.
• Influence specifications BOQs and tender documents to include Sika systems
• Develop strong connects with decision-makers at HO and project/site levels
• Drive differentiation of Sika solutions and set high market standards
• Support business conversion from specification to project wins
• Stronger specification control improved conversion and growth in key infrastructure and industrial segments.

Qualifications :

• BE - Civil/Chemical. Preferred- ME structures along with MBA. 
• Strong understanding of the Construction/ Construction chemicals industry and project business.
• Ability to work across complete product portfolios (WP repair flooring admixture grouts etc.).
• Solid technical knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals.
• Strong project management customer/ specifier & specification management and tender management capability.
