As a Branch Allrounder you are the backbone of the branch. Your contribution ensures customers receive prompt accurate service while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your ability to support multiple functions sales warehouse and customer service directly impacts customer satisfaction team efficiency and the overall success of the Pakenham branch.

What your day to day looks like:

  • Delivering consistent andhigh-quality serviceto our customers
  • Assistcustomers withtrade counter and phone sales enquiriesand follow up with quotespricingand product enquiriesin a timely manner.
  • Accurately enter cash sales invoices purchase orders transfers and picking slips into the computer systemin a timely manner
  • Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goodsat point of sale;identifyreason for credit and rectify problems toeliminatefuture credits
  • Ensuring sufficient levels of stockare available andadvisepurchasing department of stock requirementsandassistwith periodic stock checks
  • Picking and packing of ordersincluding courier and transport documentation
  • Checking picked orders and invoicing.

This is ahands-on rolethat will also requirephysical manual handlingfor the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goodsin accordance withappropriate procedures.


About you Skills and experience:

  • At least have 6 monthsexperiencein the warehouse customerserviceor similar industry.
  • High attentionto detail and solid organisation skills
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to lift heavy bulky itemsto handle stock as well as picking and packing.
  • Productive and willing team playerwith a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Goodcomputer skills Knowledge in outlook excel etc.
  • Current drivers license
  • Experience in the Industrial ManufacturingHydraulicsor similar background(Desirable)
