About the Role
Ethera Diamonds is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our Bangalore store team. The role involves in-store sales as well as supporting our premium “Try at Home” service by visiting customers at their location (only for male Staff).
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewelry buying experience
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry products
- Handle end-to-end sales process including product presentation pricing explanation billing and after-sales support
- Visit customers’ locations for Try at Home appointments as scheduled by the company
- Maintain proper handling safety and documentation of jewelry during store and field visits
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain store hygiene product displays and inventory coordination
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders customization and delivery timelines
Eligibility & Requirements
- Prior experience in diamond gold jewelry or luxury retail sales (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for customer visits
- Comfortable working in a retail store environment including weekends and holidays
