Core Responsibilities:

• Capture review and validate mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across global markets applying judgement to identify complex high risk or unusual events.

• Perform reconciliations of positions entitlements and proceeds; investigate discrepancies in accordance with established procedures and escalate complex issues as required.

• Execute quality and control checks to ensure data integrity audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and policy requirements across the event lifecycle.

• Contribute to team capability and continuous improvement sharing knowledge and providing input into process system and workflow enhancements.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Corporate Actions or Investment Operations.

• Strong attention to detail analytical skills and ability to work in a deadline driven environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced deadline driven environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence collaborate and support others.
