About The Opportunity

This Commercial Analyst role is a 12-month maternity leave cover and plays a critical part in driving commercial performance across the business.

You will partner closely with Sales Finance and senior leadership to deliver high-quality analysis manage incentive frameworks and provide actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness and long-term customer value.

With a strong focus on advanced Excel modelling and Power BI reporting this role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex data into clear commercially meaningful insights.

• Own reporting and analytics for Sales incentive (OTE) frameworks including model development and performance tracking
• Support quota setting and planning cycles through scenario modelling and analysis
• Develop and maintain sales productivity and performance models
• Analyse sales performance across regions products and channels to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and enhance customer lifetime value (CLTV) churn and revenue movement models
• Deliver regular reporting to Sales Leadership SLT and Board stakeholders
• Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to improve commercial processes and incentive design
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting in Power BIs

About You

You are a commercially minded analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and working with data to influence decision-making.

• Experience in a commercial finance or consulting environment
• Advanced Excel skills with strong modelling and scenario analysis capability
• Experience working with data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred)
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
