Job Description:

Responsibilities

Provide case management on new business cases policy servicing requests and claims cases.
Review applications ensuring all necessary information is provided.
Handle premium financing requests ensuring all requirements including but not limited to the affordability test and financial evidence requirements are satisfied.
Work closely with Agency and Broker channel for application status and requirements.
Identify process optimization opportunities propose solutions and implement the approved changes.
Support ad hoc projects where assigned

Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
Professional qualification in life insurance i.e. FLMI or HKFI qualification will be an advantage
5 years experience in insurance operations and case management or brokerage operations preferably with a focus on MCV clients and jumbo case
Understanding of trust corporate structures and AML framework
Excellent communication presentation and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
