Digital Solution Developer

• Design develop test and maintain software systems based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Build and manage system infrastructure including data pipelines storage and computational environments.
• Conduct comprehensive testing (functional performance and security) to ensure system reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
• Document processes workflows and system architecture for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on advancements in programming system development and AI technologies.
• Propose and implement improvements for system efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards data privacy laws and industry regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in computer science software technology or a related field (professional qualifications are a plus).
• Proficient in software development particularly in web-based solutions database implementation and AI tool deployment. Knowledge of GIS and BIM is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL or other database types is an advantage.
• Proficiency in coding languages and common frameworks e.g. Python and JavaScript etc.
• Broad understanding of DevOps practices and automated testing/deployment.
• Knowledge of GIS Software (e.g. ArcGIS / QGIS) is an advantage.
• Native fluency in spoken Cantonese and proficient in written Chinese; Strong written and spoken English
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a related function (e.g. analyst programmer system programmer/support web designer web developer or web master) within the past 10 years.
• Proven ability to lead technology-driven change and collaborate within a team.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience delivering professional verbal and written presentations.
• Demonstrates adaptability and professionalism under pressure.

Additional Information :

• You might be required to be deployed to the clients office or station at AECOM head office depending on the business needs.
• The role is assigned under the job level of an Analyst Programmer. A candidate with more experience will be considered for a higher-level position.
