Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Intelligence Analyst I supports operational excellence by transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive performance efficiency and strategic decision-making across the operations function. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for building dashboards models and tools that improve business outcomes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and analyze large sets of operational data and metrics to support various internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Develop and manage Tableau dashboards and automated reporting tools to visualize KPIs and operational trends.
- Mine systems for relevant data resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Build productivity tools and quantitative models to support service metrics cost forecasting cycle times and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and support scaling initiatives.
- Assist in developing cost forecasts budgets and long-range strategic planning through data-driven analysis.
- Interpret complex data relationships and react to unexpected events with problem-solving agility.
Qualifications :
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a data analytics or BI role.
- Proficiency in Tableau Excel SQL and other BI tools.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
