Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst transforms complex data into clear actionable insights that help leaders across the organization make informed strategic and forward-looking decisions. This role is key to driving operational excellence and supporting long-term business growth through data analysis reporting forecasting and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into business performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
Create automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
Validate data accuracy and ensure integrity across all BI assets.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Support strategic planning through forecasting modeling and performance analysis.
Requisitos
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker.
- Strong SQL skills for querying transforming and analyzing structured data.
- Experience building ETL processes and working with data warehouses.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and predictive analytics.
- Ability to interpret KPIs and design data-driven performance metrics.
