Key Responsibilities
主な業務内容
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from client development to candidate placement.
クライアント開拓から候補者紹介入社まで採用プロセス全体を担当します
Build and maintain relationships with multinational clients in Japan and across Asia.
日本およびアジア地域の多国籍企業との関係構築および維持
Identify and approach potential candidates through professional networks such as LinkedIn.
LinkedInなどのプロフェッショナルネットワークを活用し候補者のリサーチおよびアプローチを行います
Provide career advice and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
採用プロセス全体を通じて候補者にキャリアアドバイスを提供します
Collaborate with regional teams across Asia-Pacific on cross-border recruitment projects.
アジア太平洋地域のチームと連携しクロスボーダー採用プロジェクトを推進します
Requirements
応募資格
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above.
日本語能力試験N2以上またはそれに準ずる日本語能力
Business-level English communication skills preferred.
英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
15 years of experience in recruitment sales consulting or related fields preferred.
人材紹介営業コンサルティングなどの分野で15年程度の経験があれば歓迎します
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
高いコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
Motivated to work in a performance-driven international environment.
成果志向で国際的な環境で働く意欲のある方
