Key Responsibilities:

- Track and report on key performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in operations office management or administrative coordination.
- Proven skills in process optimisation workflow coordination and reporting.
- Strong organisational multitasking and stakeholder communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
