Job Summary

Our client is a MNC - French Fashion Company. They are now seeking aSales Administration Executive (French Fashion)to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Mainland China (License business)
  • Work closely with licensees and team members in China in understanding and updating licensing projects
  • Responsible for order processing and documentation between licensees and Headquarters in France
  • Perform monthly sales analysis data consolidations and maintenance reports and regular license business reviews
  • Occasionally travel to China
Kong / Macau (Wholesale business)
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
  • Order placement and sales contracts processing by internal system; and shipment follow up with Headquarters in France
  • Filing system and internal database updating and maintenance
  • Visit and deal with customers
  • Coordinate with other departments for daily operation
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in any discipline with at least 3 years Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin. experience preferably in an international organization environment but not a must
  • Good PC skills (with experience handling online marketing / e-commerce is a plus)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Strong data analytical interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to handle multitask and work in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented well organized proactive and willing to work in a small team
