Job Summary
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
- Degree holder is preferred
- Formal secretarial training or relevant qualifications with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience preferably with proven experience in supporting senior executives
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity as well as the ability to work independently under pressure within a dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital software applications

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of Human Resources Director (HRD)s office
- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support including managing the diaries and appointments of HRD handling travel arrangements preparing meeting materials emails and other correspondences
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a tactful professional and diplomatic manner
- Process highly sensitive and confidential documents and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion
