Position Overview:
The National Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for client service centralizing information collection and compilation with basic analytical review and recommendation and overall capacity building for City Years recruitment teams across the nation.
The National Recruitment Coordinator manages all national leads captures and maintains event details and supports on the operational aspects of the Campus Recruitment Ambassador program as well as collateral management.
The National Recruitment Coordinator will be based out of our headquarters in Boston MA and will report to the Managing Director of National Recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- National Lead Management: Implement process to inform lead strategy by identifying and cultivating leads through targeted customer-focused multi-channel (phone web and in-person) communication that ensures that leads are well informed about City Year and the corps member experience.
- Centralize all information requests both from and to sites: Collect and manage requests for data from National RAD help compile and format conduct basic data analysis and provide information back out to the field in a responsive and systematic way that further enables Recruitment team to utilize all resources and data effectively.
- Recruitment Events and Activities: Support on recruitment activities at feeder schools and other national opportunities.
- Manage Operations for CRA Program: Participate in monthly calls with National Recruitment Manager and network CRA managers to go over progress to goals best practices and challenges. Monitor Facebook page and ensure active participation and collaboration. Ensure invoices are turned in and payment is processed for all CRAs.
- Collateral Management: In collaboration with Marketing and the larger national Recruitment team collect requests for specific marketing materials and collateral. Help coordinate orders and shipments of collateral to support recruitment efforts nationally as well as regionally.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Additional 1-2 years of work experience
- Excellent communications skills and ability to collect and synthesize information
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated relationship management experience
- Demonstrated ability work well both independently and as a member of a team
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment meet multiple concurrent deadlines organize time and priorities
- A strong work ethic accompanied by a positive get-it-done attitude
- Strong desire to work with a diverse team and applicant pool
- Flexibility and a sense of humor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with recruitment or admissions-related systems
- Recruitment or program experience at City Year a strong plus
