The Agents Companies is a growing group of operating companies serving customers across the United States. Our corporate office supports multiple companies nationwide helping drive operational excellence compliance and growth.
We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong recruiting focus to help identify attract and hire great employees across multiple markets. This role also supports payroll administration and HR operations.
Compensation
$25$28 per hour
Additional Incentives
- $750 per successful hire (paid after 90 days)
- Quarterly recruiting bonus up to $2000
Bonus metrics include number of hires 90-day retention time to fill positions hiring manager feedback and development of strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Source and recruit candidates across multiple markets
- Post and manage job listings
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Build relationships with candidates and referral networks
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs
Payroll & HR Support
- Support payroll processes
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- Maintain organized employee files
Qualifications
- Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience required
- Experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage both recruiting and administrative responsibilities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Payroll or HR system experience is a plus
