Preferred qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR generalist or HR management experience
• SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Proven ability to evaluate implement and manage HR technology platforms -- not just use them
• Background in a multi-service or multi-product organization where people support work across more than one business line
• Experience supporting a distributed remote-flexible workforce within multiple states in USA and international workforce.
• Must be willing to travel within the U.S. for company meetings

Compensation range: $70000-$85000 annually
