Job Summary

  • Lead the development and execution of the group-wide market expansion roadmap.
  • Identify new markets sectors and revenue pools across Nigerias four major regions.
  • Drive new market entries including establishment of regional hubs (South-South South-East South-West & North).
  • Provide regional customer and market insights to inform product development and service innovation.
  • Generate qualify and manage value-accretive business pipelines across regions.
  • Drive organic and inorganic growth through new products partnerships channels and business models.
  • Deliver incremental revenue growth regional AUM expansion and new customer acquisition.
  • Lead regional cross-selling and upselling initiatives across all Meristem subsidiaries.
  • Work with Brands & Marketing to deliver localized marketing and brand visibility plans.
  • Drive thought leadership market education initiatives and region-specific events.
  • Lead sourcing negotiation and management of high-value partnerships across institutions corporates fintechs cooperatives public sector entities and ecosystem enablers.
  • Drive synergy realization embedded finance initiatives and revenue-sharing opportunities.
  • Lead customer segmentation profiling and behavioural insights development.


Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree or its equivalent.

Experience
