- Lead the development and execution of the group-wide market expansion roadmap.
- Identify new markets sectors and revenue pools across Nigerias four major regions.
- Drive new market entries including establishment of regional hubs (South-South South-East South-West & North).
- Provide regional customer and market insights to inform product development and service innovation.
- Generate qualify and manage value-accretive business pipelines across regions.
- Drive organic and inorganic growth through new products partnerships channels and business models.
- Deliver incremental revenue growth regional AUM expansion and new customer acquisition.
- Lead regional cross-selling and upselling initiatives across all Meristem subsidiaries.
- Work with Brands & Marketing to deliver localized marketing and brand visibility plans.
- Drive thought leadership market education initiatives and region-specific events.
- Lead sourcing negotiation and management of high-value partnerships across institutions corporates fintechs cooperatives public sector entities and ecosystem enablers.
- Drive synergy realization embedded finance initiatives and revenue-sharing opportunities.
- Lead customer segmentation profiling and behavioural insights development.
