The Role Enterprise Sales & Growth Manager
You will take full ownership of revenue growth across our business:
- New client acquisition (B2B large corporates industrials multinationals)
- Upselling & cross-selling across existing accounts
- Market expansion (Nigeria Africa)
- Deal structuring pricing and closing
- Building a high-performance sales engine
This is a frontline leadership roleyou will be in the field in the boardroom and in the numbers.
What You Will Be Measured On
- Revenue growth (primary KPI)
- Number and quality of new accounts signed
- Contract value and margin quality
- Pipeline strength and conversion rate
- Speed of execution

- 712 years experience in B2B sales / growth / commercial roles
- Background in facility management engineering services infrastructure industrial services or similar
- Proven track record of winning and scaling large accounts
- Strong network across corporates FMCGs banks oil & gas or institutions
- Highly analytical with strong commercial judgment

Is tech-savvy (Microsoft Office Google Workspace project tools like Asana/Trello) Any discipline in the Built Environment (Architecture Engineering Facility Management etc) Consulting or Finance background MBA or multi-sector experience Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and software for informed decision making.
