Growth Manager (B2C)- Utiva
As a Growth Manager (B2C) at Utiva you will be responsible for driving individual user acquisition and revenue growth. You will own the full-funnel conversion process ensuring prospective students successfully transition from initial interest to program enrollment. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a customer-centric approach to building a robust pipeline of learners.
- Prospect and nurture individual leads to drive program enrollments and meet revenue targets.
- Engage with prospective students via calls messages and consultations to convert interest into sign-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to refine messaging optimize funnels and improve lead quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records track student payments and update performance dashboards.
- Act as a brand ambassador during webinars info sessions and community events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales or growth experience (B2C focus preferred).
- BSC/HND in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive monthly sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation persuasive speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Highly mature responsible and self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to operate autonomously while contributing effectively to a high-performing team.
Required Skills:
Requirements 2 years of experience in B2B sales business development or corporate account support roles Proven ability to generate leads and support deal closure in a target-driven environment Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Comfortable engaging professional stakeholders such as HR teams managers and business executives Ability to work with CRM tools for tracking leads and managing pipelines Self-motivated organised and able to work independently with guidance Strong interest in sales business growth and enterprise development Ability to learn quickly and understand workforce development solutions. Nice to Have Exposure to EdTech HR Tech SaaS or professional services environments Experience working with structured sales pipelines or enterprise clients Understanding of corporate training talent development or learning solutions Familiarity with startup or fast-paced growth environments
