We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Growth Associate to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business growth scaling impact and working in a dynamic fast-paced tech environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability across sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective growth strategies
Drive revenue growth through performance monitoring tracking key metrics and optimising KPIs
Implement and execute sales strategies including direct involvement in sales activities
Support lead generation initiatives and conversion optimization efforts
Analyse market trends customer behaviour and campaign performance to inform decision-making
Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads customer interactions and sales performance
Prepare periodic reports on growth metrics sales performance and campaign effectiveness
Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to scale growth
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years experience in Sales (experience in EdTech is an added advantage)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in digital marketing lead generation and conversion optimization
Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
