CORE RESPONSIBILITY
a) Track inventory Scheduled Waste and ensure it is correctly categorized label and weight.
b) Maintain ESWIS submission and record updates
c) Arrange for the collection of Scheduled Waste
d) Ensure operation of Scheduled Waste complied to legal and company requirement
e) Train and supervise Scheduled Waste Operator
f) Administrating Coupa for Scheduled Waste
g) Coordinate 5S initiatives for the plant
h) Assist to maintain and coordinate EHS performance monitoring related companys and legal requirement
i) Monitor EHS Inspections carried out by other departments
j) Prepared EHS related reports as required.
k) Update on the Gemba Walk observations summary
l) Assist on the Forklift merit demerit implementation
m) Assist to maintain and coordinate contractor management
n) Provide EHS orientation training for new foreign workers
o) Monitor and maintain actions tracking in MIRA system
p) Assist on maintaining ISO 14001
q) Support and participate in other EHS programs and tasks
EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree with Environmental or EHS related
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
a. Required: Applied Science Engineering or Manufacturing.
b. PreferredEnvironmental/Safety/Health/Chemical
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
a. RequiredCertified Environmental Professional In Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWAM)
b. PreferredOther environmental related competency/SHO
