Job Summary
- Define and execute the organisations long-term strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and an increasingly technology-driven landscape.
- Provide leadership to the senior management team ensuring effective delivery of key priorities and initiatives.
- Drive innovation and growth by guiding product direction business transformation efforts and expansion strategies.
- Lead and manage platform-based business models working closely with stakeholders clients and internal teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Oversee cross-functional areas including technology product operations commercial and risk to ensure seamless integration and performance across the organisation.
- Collaborate with the Board on key strategic matters and contribute to decisions that shape future growth.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in senior leadership roles within technology-driven environments.
- Proven track record in scaling digital platforms products or technology-enabled businesses.
- Strong exposure to IT governance cybersecurity system architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
- Solid business and technical acumen with the ability to translate complex data and technology concepts into strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders including investors partners and senior leadership teams.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance and data privacy requirements within a digital or technology environment.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related discipline; a Masters qualification would be an added advantage. Minimum of 10 years experience in senior leadership positions. Demonstrated success in scaling a business and achieving significant growth and profitability. Proven track record in internal audit governance risk management and strategic operations. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial reports budgets and projections. Excellent leadership capabilities with sound judgment and strategic decision-making skills. Proven ability to establish and sustain strong relationships with investors business partners and key stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
