This position is a fixedterm role designed to temporarily cover for our C&B Executive who will be on maternity leave. Career development paths will be discussed based on performance and business needs.

Job Summary

C&B Executive (Contractor) will support daily HR operations and payroll activities for our strategic client ensuring accuracy compliance and timely service delivery. This role requires a high level of responsibility attention to detail integrity and ability to work under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle endtoend onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Support business trip arrangements and expense reimbursement.
Check attendance & payroll and reconcile payroll data with the clients spreadsheet.
Respond to HR/payroll inquiries from employees and the client.
Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

2 years of payroll or HR operations experience (outsourcing preferred).
Strong skills in Excel and payroll systems.
Hardworking careful honest and detailoriented.
Good communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Contract Details

Duration: 7 months
Working days: Mon to Fri
Start date: ASAP
