Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term business strategies for the company
- Define and strengthen brand positioning in the sportswear segment in Vietnam
- Set and drive business targets (revenue profitability market share)
- Propose and implement initiatives to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency
2. Business Operations
- Oversee all business activities with key focus on Sales Marketing and Product Development
- Develop go-to-market strategies and expand omni-channel sales systems
- Optimize revenue sales performance and customer experience
- Supervise end-to-end supply chain operations (sourcing production delivery)
3. Product Development
- Define product strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs
- Lead and oversee collection development with design teams
- Ensure balance between design functionality and commercial performance
4. Operations & Supply Chain
- Manage and optimize overall operations and supply chain
- Ensure efficiency in cost timeline and product quality
5. Financial Management
- Take full ownership of company financial performance (P&L)
- Control costs cash flow and resource allocation
- Ensure pricing strategies and profitability optimization
- Report financial performance regularly to the Board of Directors
6. Organization & People Management
- Build organizational structure and develop leadership team
- Lead recruitment training and succession planning
- Foster a performance-driven and results-oriented culture
7. Client & Partnership Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Lead negotiations and manage key contracts
- Handle critical issues related to customers and orders
8. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure company operations comply with legal regulations and internal policies
- Identify manage and mitigate business risks
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Economics Marketing or related fields
- 815 years of experience including at least 3 years in senior leadership roles (CEO Business Head Brand Director or equivalent)
- Proven experience in Sales Marketing and Product Development
- Strong background in sportswear fashion garment or retail industry (preferred)
- Deep understanding of Vietnams sportswear/fashion market and trends
- Solid knowledge of garment supply chain and manufacturing
- Experience in leading product R&D and collection development
- Strong business acumen with end-to-end ownership from strategy to execution
- Strong financial management skills (P&L pricing margin optimization data-driven decision-making)
- Excellent leadership influence and team development capability
- Strategic mindset with strong execution focus
- High resilience adaptability and decision-making ability under pressure
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
