Our client is a consulting company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Business Development
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
Monitor market trends and propose suitable solutions to meet customer needs.
2. Sales Execution
Implement sales plans and follow up on orders in line with contracts.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment from customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and business trips to increase revenue.
Prepare sales reports and update performance regularly.
3. Sales Analysis & Coordination
Support analysis of sales data and customer demand.
Assist in planning raw material procurement and inventory management.
Use ERP systems to update and track sales activities.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Support customers throughout the cooperation process.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate complaint resolution.
Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.
Requirements
Minimum 23 years of B2B sales experience (steel or related industries preferred).
Good English communication skills.
Strong sales mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to identify and approach new customers.
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Experience with Samsung-related supply chains is a plus.
