Job Summary

Our client is a consulting company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

1. Business Development

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.

  • Monitor market trends and propose suitable solutions to meet customer needs.

2. Sales Execution

  • Implement sales plans and follow up on orders in line with contracts.

  • Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment from customers.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and business trips to increase revenue.

  • Prepare sales reports and update performance regularly.

3. Sales Analysis & Coordination

  • Support analysis of sales data and customer demand.

  • Assist in planning raw material procurement and inventory management.

  • Use ERP systems to update and track sales activities.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Support customers throughout the cooperation process.

  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate complaint resolution.

  • Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.




Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of B2B sales experience (steel or related industries preferred).

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Strong sales mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to identify and approach new customers.

  • Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

  • Experience with Samsung-related supply chains is a plus.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in steel metal processing or related industries. At least 23 years in a managerial or team leader role. Strong leadership strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills. Good command of English. Experience working with Samsung Electronics or related supply chains is a strong advantage.
