Our client is a construction company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Participate in developing strategic directions and objectives for the Companys governance and operations.
Assist in organizing coordinating and monitoring internal management activities across the Company.
Research identify and propose potential investment and business development opportunities.
Demonstrate strong ambition and commitment to personal growth continuously enhancing professional expertise leadership capabilities and team management skills with the goal of becoming a key executive leader.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher from reputable domestic or international institutions.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in large corporations or organizations.
Solid knowledge of finance corporate governance (especially for listed companies) legal frameworks and human resources management.
Proactive dynamic and adaptable with strong strategic thinking creativity and a passion for learning.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

Required Skills:
1. Experience Minimum 10 years in industrial automation manufacturing solutions or industrial equipment sales. At least 5 years in leadership roles managing sales or technical teams. 2. Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of: Factory automation systems Smart manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Manufacturing digitalization Industrial energy efficiency and sustainability Experience working with manufacturing customers in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is highly preferred. 3. Leadership & Business Skills Strong leadership and organizational development capabilities. Proven experience in solution sales and key account management. Strategic thinking with strong business development skills. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and complex projects. 4. Language Skills Fluent in English. Vietnamese preferred.
