Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Establish clear VM/Graphics guidance via the production of monthly VM tools based on Key global messages and local market/product relevance.
- Contribute ideas that help us to accelerate the understanding of the look and feel of the brand incorporating the global/cluster & market direction as well as expand the visual presentation and elevate top store presentations.
- Drive and support the Marketing 360 ATL messages and ensure it is used in all store environments (Pan-brand) for consumer visibility and exposure.
- Responsible for collating and executing BE HUB Local Feedback decks to the VM teams in order to improve and elevate store visual presentation. Aim to build talent in the implementation of window displays and outfitting of mannequins to elevate the shopping experience.
- Responsible for downloading and refining the local tools (directives) to guarantee alignment across the HUB based on the global look and feel and the directive assortment.
- Communicate with partners i.e. Regional Merch Home Office Local VM teams and Store Development to drive a better understanding of the tools and their implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years experience in retail with a direct responsibility for visual merchandising and leading a team
- Multi Store/market experience directly related to store visual presentation
- Proficient Graphic design / DTP skills
- Ability to problem solve and negotiate with 3rd party vendors.
