AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 35 yrs exp handling complex commercial litigation matters particularly within the financial services and capital markets space. The role offers exposure to sophisticated disputes and strategic client work within a nationally recognized litigation platform.

The Role

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters

Support financial services and capital markets-related disputes

Draft motions briefs and other advocacy materials

Manage discovery including depositions and document strategy

Appear in court and collaborate directly with partners and clients

Ideal Background

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

35 yrs exp in commercial litigation

Experience in financial services or capital markets litigation preferred

Strong motion practice and writing skills

Excellent oral advocacy and courtroom presence

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Active Texas bar license
