Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Attorney primarily located in Providence RI with the option for some remote work. The Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for managing legal activities related to real estate transactions which include preparing and reviewing deeds and other legal documents conducting closings handling matters related to commercial real estate and communicsting woth realtors and lenders with a sense of urgency. The role also involves providing legal counsel and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in preparing drafting and reviewing Leases and associated agreements.
- Strong skills in Due Diligence including identifying potential legal or compliance issues in transactions.
- Understanding of Commercial Real estate.
- Exceptional analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Admitted to the Bar in Rhode Island; additional licensing in nearby states is a plus.
- 2-3 years experience preferred.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to network and cultivate new and existing relstionships with clients.
