專案說明

賦能之Edge AI整合行銷自動化專案 Event Digital AI Agent應用

專題目標
① 建立可複製之 Edge AI整合行銷模組流程完成可延續使用的AI行銷SOP與標準作業文件
② 建立線下活動數位化機制將活動流量轉化為可追蹤可分析與再行銷之有效名單數據
③ 導入生成式AI與AI Agent優化內容產出與流程效率產出自動化轉換與報表流程示範
④ 建立活動素材至社群EDMLanding Page之自動化轉換機制提升跨平台商機轉換率
⑤ 發展AI主播應用於產品與活動宣傳產出可實際使用之行銷影片與品牌差異化示範案例

實習生角色
AI驅動整合行銷自動化實踐者 結合 Event 與 Digital 行銷實務導入 AI 工具與 AI Agent 流程優化 Campaign 規劃內容生成與成效分析並建立可延續使用之 AI 行銷標準作業流程

工作說明
①建立並維護 AI 素材自動化資源庫與行銷模組化機制運用生成式AI優化社群EDMLanding Page 等內容產出效率與再利用價值
②協助規劃與執行 Edge AI 產業活動與數位 Campaign建立活動流程標準化系統並設計 O2O 導流機制將現場流量轉為可追蹤數據
③導入 AI Agent 與 Martech 工具優化行銷流程自動化素材轉換與報表追蹤提出工具導入與效率提升建議
④追蹤活動名單轉化為有效商機(SQL)之比例與業務團隊協作分析品質並提出優化方向
⑤分析既有行銷管道成效與高轉換標靶產業提出優化與新管道開發建議作為未來行銷資源配置依據

資格
①商管行銷資管工管傳播等相關科系在學學生
②對 AI 應用與自動化工具導入工作流程具高度興趣與學習動機
③熟悉生成式AI與數位工具(如 ChatGPTNotionCanva 或自動化工具)者佳
④具備基礎數據分析能力與邏輯思考能力能從碎片化數據中拆解流程並找出趨勢
⑤具良好中文書寫能力與基礎英文閱讀能力並對科技產業與 Edge AI 發展具高度興趣

其他條件
①具備良好跨部門溝通能力能與行銷與業務團隊協作推動專案
②能獨立研究分析並提出具體解法主動提供優化建議
③具邏輯思維與問題解決能力擅長資料整理與結構化分析
④主動積極自我驅動力強具責任感與學習敏捷度
⑤具數位實驗精神勇於測試新工具與新做法並驗證成效

2.技術行銷數位化加速器利用生成式 AI 實現產品技術語言至市場營銷內容的無縫轉譯

專題目標/工作說明
定義一套基於生成式 AI 的技術行銷自動化工法Workflow將深奧的產品規格轉譯為具備市場吸引力的多媒體素材透過 AI 輔助優化內容產出效率並降低製作門檻建立可複製的技術行銷 SOP提升品牌在數位社群平台上的專業形象與潛在客戶轉化率

① 產品技術轉譯深入理解 IAG 至少一類產品線如工業自動化感知器等的技術規格與應用場景並將其轉化為吸引人的行銷內容② AI 工具應用研究並應用 AI 工具如 ChatGPTMidjourneyHeyGen 等加速腳本撰寫視覺設計與影片生成工作流
③ 社群短片製作獨立完成 2-3 支技術行銷短片60秒 - 120秒負責從分鏡設計素材製作到後期剪輯
④ 產出2-3支技術行銷影片並發布至社群
⑤ SOP 文件產出總結 AI 輔助行銷素材製作的流程建立可供團隊參考的 AI 應用方法論

資格
①科系背景大眾傳播數位行銷廣告企管或具備科技背景資工/電機但對行銷有興趣之學生
②軟體能力具備基礎影音剪輯經驗如 CapCut Premiere Canva優先並對生成式 AI 工具有實際操作熱忱
③語言能力具備良好的英文讀寫能力

其他條件
① 高度自主學習力AI 工具更新極快需具備主動探索新工具並將其導入工作流的能力
② 跨團隊溝通力需與 PM 溝通確保技術準確性並與 MKT 導師討論行銷切角具備良好的邏輯思維

Internship Overview

• Duration: 2026/06/23 08/28 (Full-time Mon-Fri).

• Compensation: Undergraduates $220/hr; Graduates $250/hr.

• Location: Advantech Linkou Campus / Taipei Neihu Headquarters.

Project Descriptions:

Project 1: AI-Powered Edge AI Integrated Marketing Automation Event Digital AI Agent

• Project Goals: Establish a replicable Edge AI integrated marketing module and SOP. Use GenAI and AI Agents to optimize content production automate event traffic tracking (O2O) and develop AI Avatar applications for brand differentiation.

• Intern Role: AI-Driven Integrated Marketing Practitioner.

• Work Content: Maintain AI asset libraries plan Edge AI industrial events/digital campaigns and collaborate with sales teams to analyze SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rates.

• Qualifications:

  Academic: Business Management Marketing MIS Industrial Management or Communications.

  Tools: High interest in AI tools (ChatGPT Notion Canva or automation tools).

  Skills: Basic data analysis and logical thinking. Ability to extract insights from fragmented data.

  Language: Excellent Chinese writing and basic English reading skills.

Project 2: Tech-Marketing Digital Accelerator: Seamless Translation from Tech Specs to Marketing Content via GenAI

• Project Goals: Define a GenAI-based workflow to translate complex product specifications into attractive multimedia assets (SOP).

• Work Content:

  Translate tech specs of IAG products (Automation Sensors) into marketing content.

  Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT Midjourney HeyGen) for scriptwriting visual design and video generation.

  Produce and publish 2-3 technical marketing short videos (60-120s) to social media.

• Qualifications:

  Academic: Mass Comm Digital Marketing Advertising MBA or STEM students with an interest in marketing.

  Skills: Basic video editing experience (CapCut Premiere Canva) and passion for GenAI tools.

  Language: Good English reading and writing skills.
