About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months program designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job there will also be a focus on networking and development which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. You will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI agent architectures that can understand user requests reason through complex problems and execute multi-step plans
Develop frameworks for AI agents to interact with various tools APIs and services
Create mechanisms for effective human-AI collaboration including clarification feedback and guidance
Optimize agent performance for reliability accuracy and efficiency
Build monitoring and evaluation systems to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agents into products and workflows
Stay current with the latest research and developments in AI agent technology

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI or related field
building AI/ML systems with a focus on autonomous agents
Strong programming skills particularly in PythonGolang
Experience with large language models (e.g. GPT Claude Gemini) and prompt engineering
Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph AutoGen or similar technologies
