Main Accountabilities
Lead the development and execution of competitive pricing strategies that support Lyrecos profitability and market positioning across all channels.
Monitor competitor pricing using online and cloud-based price monitoring tools to maintain a strong market position.
Work closely with Purchasing Merchandising Sales and Supplier teams to assess market price movements and respond with appropriate price actions.
Analyze promotional performance to measure impact on sales margins and customer engagement.
Oversee all supplier income activities including tracking forecasting and reconciling rebates marketing support and promotional income.
Collaborate with Merchandising Finance and AP teams to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of all back-end income and rebate agreements.
Work through clear and actionable reports and dashboards to support your pricing governance review supplier performance and margin management.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in pricing supplier rebate management or commercial finance within a B2B or distribution environment.
Strong commercial and financial aptitude with the ability to interpret data and drive margin-enhancing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities with confidence working across departments and with suppliers.
English competency both written and spoken
Familiarity with ERP systems analysis and pricing tools and AP processes is an advantage
