Manager Finance

Salary Range: THB 90000 - 110000 per month

Location: Bang Bo Samut Prakan Thailand

Our client a global semiconductor leader with a major manufacturing presence in Thailand is seeking a Manager Finance to lead financial planning budgeting and business analysis for the plant.

Your Role

• Develop and prepare financial plans and budgets
• Take ownership of all cost planning and controlling activities ensuring plant KPIs related to spending capital and headcount targets are met
• Compile and review budgets for respective parts of the organisation factoring in actual performance previous expenditures and estimated expenses and income
• Implement budget planning processes and support divisions and organisational units with their budget planning
• Conduct financial analysis including forecasts trend analysis and internal gap analysis
• Lead month-end closing and cost allocation including charging according to company policies
• Deliver business case analysis and provide recommendations to business partners and management on financial and business analysis alternatives supporting productivity and growth targets
• Provide deep analysis and simulation studies via financial modelling to support strategic decision-making
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may formally train junior staff

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• Over 10 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and Costing
• Proven experience in multinational manufacturing businesses including planning costing financial analysis and managerial accounting
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and financial systems is highly desirable
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
