- Support processing of 1099 and 1042 forms
- Provide support to Vendor Master for owner profiles
- Analyze information and resolve issues raised by owners in relation to rental payments
- Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports verifying information.
- Manage the issuance of owners checks and address related queries ensuring timely and accurate payments for owners not processed by AvidPay.
- Manage AvidPay stale checks and issues.
- Develop and implement procedures by analyzing current processes and recommending changes.
- Address escalated emails from the contact center Director and SVP and resolving issues efficiently.
- Answer questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Provides support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information
- Tracking TINs for the rental checks to eliminate payments without valid TINs
