As a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Databricks youll be the engine that powers our recruiting efforts scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the pipeline. As one of the first points of contact for candidates youll partner with Recruiters Sourcers and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team cross-functional partners and hiring stakeholders
- Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews by navigating complex scheduling scenarios across multiple stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates managing timely professional and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey
- Handle candidate travel arrangements and expenses for in-person interviewing
- Executing other post-interviewing tasks such as scheduling debriefs and reference checks and generating offer letters.
- Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs
What were looking for:
- 6 months of Recruiting Coordination experience within the tech industry
- Effective communication and prioritization skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Proactive approach to resolving ambiguous challenges
- A track record of high accuracy and attention to detail
- An interest in technology and artificial intelligence
