Steer the people strategy and transformation within the LEGO Groups Digital Technology organization.


Join us a senior People Partner to drive strategic partnering across Digital Technology shaping people strategy enabling organizational change and growth and working closely with senior leaders to build capability engagement and performance at pace.

Please note: This is an individual contributor role (Director Specialist level).

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with two areas in Digital Technology: Markets & Channels and Infrastructure.

  • Bring strategic insight and set directions for each areas people agenda aligned with the LEGO Groups transition toward stronger ownership across the value chain.

  • Steer organizational change processes and enable the organization to deliver on future direction including capability assessment and building processes; support the leadership team in organizational development and talent management; co-create and drive the engagement agenda.

  • Act as a trusted coach and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team efficiency. Advise and co-develop the leadership team to operate as a cohesive high-performing unit.

  • Manage volatility enhance adaptability and strengthen the organization through the application of Agile HR methodologies.

  • Lead the strong and impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence ensuring the HR model is up2speed with the requirements of a Digital Tech leading workforce.

  • Oversee recruitment prioritization and organizational/workforce governance in the assigned areas including org design principles (e.g. spans and layers FTR baseline).

The Partnering & Operations organization covers People Partnering (HR Business Partnering) as well as local Operations including employee relations benefitspoliciesand execution. The operations organization serves as a backbone to enable the partners and the business in providing relevant solutions on people processes considering geographical and site nuances.

The Digital Technology Department is at the forefront of innovation tasked with developing and implementing technology solutions that drive business success across:

  • Technology Strategy: Crafting and executing strategies that align with business goals ensuring technology supports organizational growth and efficiency.

  • Product Development: Designing and developing digital products and services from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance.

  • Data Management:Leveragingdata analytics to inform decision-making andoptimizeoperations enhancing overall performance.

  • Infrastructure Support:Maintainingrobust IT infrastructure ensuring systems are secure reliable and scalable to meet evolving needs.

  • Innovation and Research: Staying ahead of technology trends exploring new tools and methodologies tomaintaincompetitive advantage.

  • Collaboration and Leadership: Working cross-functionally to integrate technology solutionsfosteringcollaboration and leadership within the team.

Do you have what it takes

  • Established and demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner in global matrixed organizations partnering with senior leaders (SVP level). Background in innovative digital commercially focused businesses is a strong asset.

  • Proven track record demonstrating strategic insight with experience in organizational development and medium- to large-scale transformations.

  • Skilled in driving change and advancing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

  • Experience in capability assessment and development.

  • Strong stakeholder management with excellent written and verbal communication; adept at building effective relationships across all organizational levels and with external institutions.

  • Proficient business acumen with extensive knowledge of project work tools and Agile ways of working.

  • Data-driven able to inform proposals and influence decisions particularly with compensation data and statutory reports.

  • Open-minded structured resilient and highly collaborative. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
