We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Learning & Development and Business Partner team in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to gain real responsibility work closely with experienced HR professionals and build skills that will set you apart early in your career.

This is not just an administrative role. You will play an active part in projects communication and continuous improvement initiatives within People & Culture.
What youll be doing
As our Student Assistant you will support both daily operations and ongoing development initiatives including:
- Supporting Learning & Development and HR Business Partners with coordination and administration
- Contributing to People & Culture projects and strategic initiatives
- Owning and maintaining our SharePoint site
- Creating clear and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting ad hoc tasks across the People & Culture function
Who you are
You are curious structured and eager to learn. You take initiative enjoy working independently and thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
We imagine that you:
- Have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Work in a structured detail-oriented way
- Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
- Are comfortable working in an international environment
- Bring a positive proactive attitude
- Are studying HR Business Administration or a related field with 23 years left of your studies
Practical details
- Working hours: 1015 hours per week (with flexibility during exams)
- Location: Copenhagen
