We are seeking a passionate Senior Project Manager/Associate Project Director to join our growing team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team you will play a crucial role in expanding our global commercial footprint across Europe US and international markets by leading supply chain projects including product launches as well as packaging and distribution projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment collaborate with cross-functional global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will be joining the Launch Execution team consisting of 3 colleagues and report directly to Michael Bjerrum Poulsen Senior Director Launch Execution who is based in Hellerup. You will be based in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead the Product Supply track of commercial launch projects as well as other supply chain projects
• Participate in executing the strategic Global Packaging and Delivery Program
• Lead improvement initiatives to enable fast and robust launch execution

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree and ideally 5-10 years of experience within supply chain management.

Furthermore you have:

• Extensive experience in managing complex cross functional projects
• Extensive supply chain management experience specifically packaging warehousing and distribution
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and good understanding of regulatory requirements such as GMP GDP and FMD

Key competencies:

• You are a strong team player analytical and have a can-do attitude
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal open environment where innovation and change are key

• Leading crossfunctional project teams
• Translating commercial launch strategies into execution plans and achievable milestones

Travel: 10-20 days per year.
