Nursing Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU/OT Head Nurse to lead our critical care and operating theatre teams in Nalgonda Telangana. This is a full-time permanent position within the healthcare industry offering a dynamic environment for professional growth and leadership.

• Assume leadership responsibility for the daily operations of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Operating Theatre (OT).
• Provide direct patient care ensuring adherence to the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety.
• Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Develop and implement departmental policies procedures and protocols to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
• Manage staffing schedules ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Oversee inventory management for medical supplies and equipment within the ICU and OT.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing () is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience with at least years in a leadership or supervisory role within an ICU or OT setting.
• Proven expertise in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Operating Theatre (OT) nursing practices.
• Valid nursing license in the state of Telangana India.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams resolve conflicts and make sound clinical decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant healthcare information systems is a plus.
