Job Summary

We are looking for an Email Security professional with hands-on experience in protecting enterprise email environments against phishing spoofing and advanced email threats. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RedSift OnDMARC and email authentication advanced knowledge of Cisco Email Threat Defense (ETD) and working-level exposure to (CES) Cisco Email Security and Microsoft O365 email security. Key Responsibilities: Monitor analyze and respond to email-based threats including phishing malware spoofing and Business Email Compromise (BEC) Administer and manage Cisco Email Threat Defense (ETD) including policy tuning alert investigation and threat remediation Manage RedSift OnDMARC to: Monitor and analyze DMARC aggregate and forensic reports Identify and remediate domain spoofing and impersonation attacks Drive DMARC enforcement lifecycle (None Quarantine Reject) Configure maintain and optimize SPF DKIM and DMARC records to improve domain protection and email deliverability Provide basic administration and troubleshooting support for Cisco IronPort Support Microsoft O365 email security features including Exchange Online Protection and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (basic level) Investigate reported phishing emails perform email header analysis and provide root cause analysis Collaborate with SOC IT and messaging teams during email-related security incidents Create reports dashboards and metrics related to email security posture and domain protection Stay up to date with emerging email threat trends and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in email security or related cybersecurity roles Advanced knowledge of Cisco Email Threat Defense (ETD) Strong hands-on experience with RedSift OnDMARC Advanced understanding of SPF DKIM and DMARC Beginner to intermediate knowledge of: Cisco IronPort Microsoft O365 email security Strong understanding of: Phishing attacks and social engineering techniques Business Email Compromise (BEC) Malware and ransomware delivered via email Experience with email header analysis and threat investigation Familiarity with SOC workflows and SIEM tools (preferred) Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team Proactive security mindset with attention to detail
