Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage automation workflows using Ansible and SaltStack
Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring using BMC TrueSight / Control-M
Automate routine infrastructure tasks (provisioning patching configuration management)
Troubleshoot and resolve automation and job failure issues (L2 support)
Optimize existing automation scripts and processes for performance and reliability
Integrate automation tools with cloud and on-prem infrastructure
Work with system network and application teams for automation requirements
Maintain documentation and provide support to L1 engineers

Required Skills

Strong experience in Ansible and/or SaltStack
Good understanding of BMC TrueSight and Control-M
Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Linux/Windows networking basics)
Experience in scripting (Python Shell or similar)
Understanding of job scheduling monitoring and automation frameworks

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in enterprise 24/7 support environments

Qualification

Bachelors degree in computer science/IT or related field
