Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage load balancers (HAProxy NGINX AVI Load Balancer)
Design and maintain load balancing policies traffic distribution and failover setups
Monitor application traffic latency and system performance
Troubleshoot complex load balancing and connectivity issues (L2 support)
Implement SSL termination health checks and routing rules
Support high availability (HA) and disaster recovery configurations
Perform upgrades patching and configuration changes
Collaborate with application and network teams for optimization
Maintain documentation and provide guidance to L1 engineers

Required Skills

Strong experience in HAProxy NGINX and AVI Load Balancer
Good understanding of load balancing concepts (L4/L7) SSL and HTTP/S protocols
Experience with high availability and traffic management
Basic knowledge of Linux systems and networking concepts

Soft Skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in 24/7 support environments

Qualification

Bachelors degree in computer science/IT or related field
