Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Install configure and administer middleware tools (Red Hat JBoss IBM MQ Apache Tomcat Elasticsearch Redis Cache RabbitMQ)
Monitor and tune performance of application servers messaging and caching systems
Manage deployments upgrades patching and environment configurations
Implement high availability clustering and failover solutions
Troubleshoot complex middleware and integration issues (L2 support)
Automate routine tasks using scripting (Shell/Python)
Work with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Maintain documentation and guide L1 team members

Required Skills

Strong experience in JBoss Tomcat IBM MQ Elasticsearch Redis RabbitMQ
Understanding of application servers messaging queues and caching mechanisms
Experience with performance tuning HA/DR and monitoring tools
Basic scripting and Linux/Windows administration knowledge

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and collaboration
Ability to work in 24/7 support environments
