Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Install configure and administer OS platforms (Red Hat Linux Windows Server IBM AIX CentOS Mirantis)
Monitor system performance and implement tuning and capacity planning
Manage patching upgrades and system hardening
Implement high availability clustering and disaster recovery solutions
Troubleshoot complex OS server and infrastructure issues (L2 support)
Automate tasks using scripting (Shell Bash PowerShell)
Manage users access control and security compliance
Support virtualization and container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes)
Guide L1 team members and maintain documentation

Required Skills

Strong experience in Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Windows Server
Exposure to IBM AIX and Mirantis (containers/Kubernetes)
Knowledge of system performance tuning HA/DR and security
Scripting skills and understanding of networking basics

Soft Skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and team collaboration
Ability to work in 24/7 support environments
