Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Administer storage systems (Hitachi 5600 HCP Hitachi G350 HP 3PAR IBM Storage)
Manage SAN infrastructure (Brocade switches zoning fabric management)
Monitor performance capacity planning and optimization
Handle LUN provisioning replication snapshots and data migration
Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions
Troubleshoot complex storage and SAN issues (L2 support)
Perform firmware upgrades patching and health checks
Collaborate with server database and application teams
Maintain documentation and guide L1 team members

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAN/NAS and enterprise storage systems
Knowledge of RAID LUN masking zoning replication and backup concepts
Experience with Brocade SAN switches and fabric management
Understanding of performance tuning and capacity management
Exposure to Linux/Windows environments

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork
Ability to work in 24/7 support environments
