Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from development to market launch
Coordinate with production ensuring FIFO and efficient operations
Strong knowledge of CNC VMC Sliding Head Moulding (Vertical/Horizontal)Hydraulic Press Welding Robotics Assembly & Pad Printing
Develop business with Indian OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers
Support brand promotion and market expansion
Identify and develop new B2C product opportunities
Ensure cost quality and delivery targets are achieved

Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering Industry
Experience handling OEM & Tier customer requirements
Exposure to B2C product development preferred
Manufacturing Process Knowledge (CNC VMC Moulding Robotics Welding)
OEM Business Development
Product Lifecycle Management
Costing & Commercial Understanding
Market Development Strategy
Team Coordination & Leadership
Lean & FIFO Implementation
