Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities and duties:

Outdoor Campaigns:

  • Supervise the Production Artist who builds all digital and print mechanicals.
  • Include tech line dateline and relevant finishing notes.
  • Follow comp crop when possible
  • Discuss mechanical layout with VP of Print Production.
  • Confirm Mechanical Approval:
  • Check dateline cap heights
  • Confirm mechanical specs
  • Have VP of Print Production review and sign off
  • Confirm Tech Line & Dateline with the in-theatre team for all domestic mechanicals.
  • Inform Marketing services of any changes to the tech line dateline for proofing purposes.
  • Follow all review notes provided by Marketing Services for all contractual obligations and any MPA concerns.

Final Assets

  • Send final assets to all key parties

PLFTasks

  • Confirm Mechanical Info and Sizes with in-theatre team.
  • Show FPOs to in theatre team.
  • Confirm FPO legals with Marketing Services.
  • Show VP of Print Production correct FPOs.
  • Send outlined PDF FPOs to Finishing Vendor
  • Send hero finishes matching comp to Creative lead
  • Send adaptive sizes to Creative for approval. I.e. Instagram crop.

Finishing

  • Hero Finishes:

VP of Print Production will hero finishes for approval.

  • Adaptive Bulletins:
    Send final art for approval and asks for any concerns.

Online Launches

  • Teaser/Payoff/Oversized/Flatcard Launches
  • Reach out to Digital and Brand teams for launch details and copies print & MS teams.
  • Online poster matches finishing memo comp crop. Confirm mechanicals.
  • lnstagram Creation:
    Confirm with VP of Print Production about creation; black border is last resort.

Media Plans

  • Review Media Plans:
    Check media plan and specs for accuracy. I.e. barricades bulletin extension height restrictions.

Workflow

  • OV:
    Review all adaptive OV mechanicals.
    Review all creative suites designed from hero.
    Review all line art and creative titles .
    Obtain lntl Creative final approvals.

Costs

  • Report Costs:
    Report costs to finance on any mechs that are started. Send adjustments as needed for multiple creatives etc

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years print production experience
  • Must be proficient in these programs- Box sharepoint and google
  • Studio side experience- preferred
  • Detail oriented needed
