Job Summary

Role: Program Manager

Location: Las Vegas Nevada

Duration: 6 months

Working Schedule/Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F

Job Description:

Reporting to the central new build team submits selected Greenfield projects formally into Salesforce tracking each stage through implementation in Sitetracker as needed.
Drives OSP feasibility and cost studies as needed ensuring continuity in joint trench activity across all markets.
Completes SFU PASS model and BBO Intake form for company assessment on exception requests.
Support central team consolidation of joint trench performance utilizing agreed upon standards.
Develops presentations and KPI updates as required for SFU greenfield program readouts.
Supports business case development for portfolio projects related to master planned communities.
Organizes calls and vendor update readouts for any special initiative related to accelerating the joint trench program.
