Job Summary

Job title: Warehouse Associate I

Work Location: Millbrae CA 94030

Duration: 4 months Temp to perm

Shift timing: Monday through Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Payrate: $23/hr
Description

Interview required by manager in Person
This is temp to perm role
An STA number is required by all WC employees and on day 1 of the assignment you will apply for one onsite.

Responsibilities

Assemble ready-for-use packaging systems for pick ups

Cold chain management of shipments in all temperature ranges
Create shipment documentation as necessary
Inventory management of packaging systems and components
Understanding principals of cold chain management
Gel pack inventory management
Reusable packaging refurbishment
Understanding WC operating systems including World Star and Opstar
Safe handling of dry ice and shipment replenishment
Forklift certification (not a requirement)
Understanding Tempt ale device procedure
Issuing airline airway bills for domestic and international non-rev shipments and return packaging assets
Complete GxP documentation logs
Identification of shipping documentation requirements
Identifying product keeping temperature and replenishment needs

Must have Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Must have good customer service phone skills (They will be calling locations to schedule a pickup of our empty packaging or temperature monitors)
